What does the job involve:
To support and ensure the provision of accurate and timely administrative support for the Human Resources team to facilitate the smooth running of the department. Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
How you will do it:

  • All general enquiries including; Lost and Stolen passes; Changes to Circumstances and International travel
  • Administration of Payroll information Process all new starters and leavers, ensuring that all information is recorded through the creation of an employee electronic personnel file
  • Producing HR KPI data on a periodic basis
  • Respond to standard reference requests including non complex mortgage, loan, rental, and employer information requests We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment/adjust to change quickly
  • An organised self motivated individual
  • Administration experience or alternatively worked in HR
  • An enthusiastic team player

  • Good administration skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment/adjust to change quickly
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experienced Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
