As an experienced Project Manager, you’ll have both the project management and account handling skills needed to build strong client relationships and drive projects through with the help of your brilliant and talented colleagues.

You’ll enjoy being the link between clients and the agency, getting to know their business, understanding their needs and collaborating with them to deliver top quality projects that run on time and on budget. You’ll relish owning your project scope, budgets and timelines and working with our resourcing team to plan projects and schedule resources.


You confident, smart, enthusiastic and proactive: a collaborative self-starter who thrives on variety, fast pace and working as part of a large team as well as a quick thinker who can reprioritise projects when needed and add value throughout the end-to-end creative process whilst keeping projects moving. Working closely with clients, you’ll be interrogating their briefs to establish full clarity (proposition to deliverables) as well as ensuring projects are delivered impeccably.

Ideally, you’ll come from a Creative and Production agency background and have experience of managing multiple projects across print, digital, social and video. Experience of Financial Services would be useful, but not crucial. But you’ll definitely have experience of working on large scale accounts, ideally in a regulated industry, such as utilities or telecoms, with some B2B marketing skills.

It goes without saying that you’ll have meticulous attention to detail, known as a safe pair of hands who will ensure nothing falls through the cracks on projects or the day-to-day management of the account.


You’ll be working within our 10-strong Client service and delivery team taking responsibility for the work requested by a number of our client’s Business units. You’ll report into an experienced Account Director, focusing on B2B and B2C clients and working with an established and respected client team who really know their stuff. You’ll be collaborative and happy to share best practices to the wider team.

For now, the role will be WFH so you’ll need great connectivity at home although we will supply you with a MacBook from the point we can go back into the office, you’d be based in Canary Wharf.


This is a busy and varied role, you’ll typically be creating emails, social assets, direct mail, videos, digital display campaigns, print collateral and training/sales decks. The scope is B2C, B2B and B2B2C, so interpreting and flexing the brand personality and tone for a business audience will be key.


  • We’re looking for someone who is spirited with the experience and confidence to lead your projects with client stakeholders and their own agency/internal
  • You’ll have the confidence, personality and persuasion skills to hold your own and push for what’s right. You’ll also have no problem asking questions, when needed to garner clarity.
  • We’ll want you to build great client relationships, quickly and confidently – you’ll be the main day to day point of contact for many clients within your business units and they will look to you to be solutions oriented, making their lives and projects as straightforward as possible.
  • You’ll bring strong and positive energy to our team; someone who will work collaboratively with everyone who’ll support them in delivering projects. Working across multiple projects at any given time, you’ll have strong prioritisation and juggling
  • You’ll be financially aware and able to correctly estimate budgets and ensure that you have all the info/data and assets your team needs in order to deliver to or exceed client expectations.
  • We are looking for experience and enthusiasm for, B2B and B2C communication across a range of channels, ideally, but not necessarily in Financial Services.
