Recoveries Paralegal / Litigation Executive – The growing RTA recoveries team of this top tier national firm is looking for talented paralegals and litigation executives to join both the pre-litigation and litigation teams. What sets these roles apart is the excellent training on offer and the opportunity to progress and grow with the team.
At the moment, there are around five or six opportunities within the team as the team is set to increase headcount significantly.
Overview
- Job Title: Paralegal / Litigation Executive
- Location:Greater Manchester
- Salary: to £25,000
- Reports to:Team Leader
- Previous experience: RTA Recoveries or claims handling experience. Applicants with Pre-lit or litigation experience will also be considered. Knowledge of Road Traffic Act and Art 75. Any experience issuing Part 7 claims would also be useful.
