Enthusiastic self motivated person with running busy service and parts department.
Previous experience required
General knowledge of Tractors and Construction Machinery essential
Good IT Skills required
Good rates of pay depending on experience
Main Duties will include :
Creation of purchase orders and recording goods inwards / outwards
Check stock levels are accurate and appropriate for reordering
Taking delivery of goods inc. use of forklift if required
Goods checked off and put away in a timely manner so any inaccuracies can be notified to the supplier
Arranging daily service calls with customers
Arrange for parts to be ready for jobs in the workshop, customer collection or for fitters to go to site.
Assist with stock checks
Assisting customers in ordering and purchasing parts, accessories and apparel.
Taking orders from customers both face to face and over the phone.
Processing of warranty claims.
Ensuring all parts are accurately identified and picked.
Handling and moving parts around from the store to the front counter.
Contacting customers to arrange for the collection of ordered parts.
Supply customers with the cost of parts and any other related information.
Keeping inventory neatly stacked and orderly.
Providing an excellence customer service to all customers
Preparing parts for display on the showroom floor.
Keeping updated customer account information.
Raising invoices for parts sold.
Managing customer collections and deliveries.
Keep stores clean and tidy
